At Yostar Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
